Privacy policy

Effective date: 3 October 2026 (updated for Clear 21 Pro)

This policy explains how Mobax Studios handles information when you use Clear 21.

1. Information stored by the app

Clear 21 stores the hands you practise, the decisions you choose, your accuracy and streaks, completed lessons, daily challenge progress and your settings, such as table rules, theme, sound and haptics. This information is stored locally on your device using the app’s local storage.

2. Information Mobax Studios collects

Clear 21 does not operate user accounts, advertising, behavioural analytics or a Mobax Studios server that receives your training information. The app’s analytics events are inactive and do not transmit information.

3. Purchases

If you buy or restore Clear 21 Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. The app receives only the purchase status needed to unlock Pro. Mobax Studios does not receive your payment card details. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.

4. Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and attachments. We use it to respond, investigate the issue and maintain an appropriate support record. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

5. Data sharing

Mobax Studios does not sell your personal information. We may disclose information received through support where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security or users.

6. Retention and deletion

Information stored by Clear 21 remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app, subject to the behaviour of your device backups. To erase your training progress, open Settings and select Reset training data. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete support correspondence where applicable.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by Mobax Studios. No device, storage method or email service can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect access to your device using its available security features.

8. Age and suitability

Clear 21 is an educational strategy trainer with no real-money play, betting, balances or prizes. It is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

9. International services

Platform providers and email services may process information outside the United Kingdom under their own terms and safeguards.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information Mobax Studios holds about you, including access, correction, deletion or objection. Because the app’s training information is stored locally, Mobax Studios cannot access or retrieve that information for you.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Clear 21’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
